A qualification in project management allows you to organise and manage resources, tasks and lead work tasks amongst a team to meet and complete project requirements. Generally project managers will be leading projects and be responsible for all activities across their programme - which includes but is not limited to eg. providing guidance on business decisions, overseeing team members, organising tasks, delivering services on time and arranging budget reviews throughout a project. Certification and qualifications can come from APM and PMI.
