A career consultant always works one-to-one with a client. With young people still at school we typically begin the process with a family session before proceeding to one-to-one meetings. We make sure that the Careers Consultant is focused and organized so your time is maximised.
The number of sessions will depend on the needs of the candidate. After the first session the Career Consultant will set up the number of sessions needed. On average a client would need between 6-12 sessions depending on what the client wants to achieve

We begin to following the client’s path by setting up different strategies that take us to get the expected results for our clients. At the beginning of each session we analysed along with the client the results achieve from the previous session, the strategy and the objectives.
