UKCAT  Preparation Courses

The UKCAT stands for UK Clinical Aptitude Test, and is required for entry to a medical/dentistry degree at many British universities. The UKCAT is a computer-based test taken at Pearson Vue Centres between July and October every year.

Additionally, UKCAT provides you with interviews training and preparation. This course aims to help students to successfully navigate the challenges of their Medical School interviews, with the guidance of experts in the medical profession.

1. What is a Short Course?

They are a great way to obtain new skills or to refresh your existing skills. You will learn how to adjust your personal interests in a more professional environment.

2. When do Short Courses run?

Belgravia Advisers provides different types of short courses. Courses range from 3 days to 6 months. However, go ahead and check our individual course page for specific information.

3. Who can be part of a Short Course?

Anybody can apply for the Short courses at Belgravia Advisers. However, there are certain requirements depends on the level of the course.

4. Are the courses formal qualifications?

No, the person can obtain a certificate based on the course he/she is doing but this is not relative to a formal qualification as they are not accredited.

5. I am not a native speaker of English. Do I need any English certificate?

No, our partnerships do not acquire any formal English certificate. Nevertheless, it is important to have a good level of English (equivalent to IELTS 5.5) as our Short-Courses are University level courses.

6. How do I enrol on a Short Course?

7. How many people will be in the class?

This depends a lot on the type of course you are. The Average number of students is about 15 per classroom

8. Are there any exams, or formal assessment?

Yes, some of our courses have exams or formal assessments at the end of the period.

9. What is the difference between a CPD and doing a Short-Course?

A CPD is a more professional approach in which individuals required to maintain the knowledge and skills for their professional lives.

On the other hand Short Courses can be taken as a professional approach in which people wants to learn or refresh different skills.

10. Am I entitled to any student benefits?

Local Students are entitled to get students benefits during their study in the UK.
